- Google (Analytics and Ads) — for website analytics, conversion tracking and remarketing advertising (see Section 7)
- Our website hosting provider, based in Australia
- Professional advisers, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement, where required by law
Each of these providers only receives the information necessary for them to perform their function, and is subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Overseas Disclosure
Some of the third-party services we use (including Google, Klaviyo and Calendly) are based overseas, or store and process data on servers located overseas, including in the United States. This means your personal information may be handled or stored outside Australia by these providers. Where this occurs, it is subject to the privacy practices of that provider.
Our website itself is hosted on servers located in Australia.
6. Direct Marketing
We may send you marketing communications about our products, promotions, or training courses via email, where you have subscribed to our mailing list or otherwise provided consent. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect order confirmations, shipping updates, or other transactional communications necessary to fulfil your order or booking.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads remarketing, to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant advertising to past visitors on other websites.
