Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Application of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with Pietra Creations, whether through our website, by phone, email, or in person.

2. Quotes

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified. The GST component will be noted on your tax invoice.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment, or as otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where necessary.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on the date the invoice is issued. Orders will not be processed, dispatched, or released for pickup until payment has been received in full and cleared. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for information about bank transfer processing times.

6. Samples and Colour Approval

We strongly recommend purchasing and approving a physical sample before ordering tinted or custom-coloured materials. See our Colour Matching & Tinting Policy for full detail on colour variation and sample approval.

7. Delivery

8. Application and Product Use

Products must be applied in accordance with the current Technical Data Sheet and application guide for that product. We accept no responsibility for failures resulting from incorrect surface preparation, mixing, application, environmental conditions, or failure to follow published specifications. Decorative finishes naturally vary in colour, texture and sheen.

9. Storage of Products

Products must be stored in accordance with our Technical Data Sheets. We accept no responsibility for products that have been improperly stored, contaminated, or used beyond their recommended shelf life.

10. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute, discontinue, or modify products where necessary, without prior notice.

11. Trade and Wholesale Customers

Trade pricing is available only to approved trade customers. Payment for trade orders is accepted by card or bank transfer, we do not currently offer credit accounts. Stock availability, batch variation, and supplier lead times may vary and are outside our control.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
